The experience begins with an explanation of the basics of sake in a completely private space limited to four people in a renovated old private house. The participants tasted a total of 12 different brands of sake from all over Japan, which would be used as ingredients, to confirm their characteristics, and chose three of their favorites. After adjusting the proportions and making a 40 ml prototype blend, the original "maisake" was born! The finished "Maisake" will be delivered in a 200ml bottle to the designated address at a later date.

Sake cannot normally be made without a brewing license. The new experience of creating your own sake with your own hands is sure to be an exciting one!
A second restaurant is scheduled to open near Kawaramachi by the end of 2025. This one is slightly larger and can accommodate 20 to 30 people, so it can be enjoyed by a larger group. The location is easy to access, so why not add it to your outing plans?
