The owners of SUMIYA PINN, a popular bar in Karasuma Oike, have opened a U-shaped counter bar, which they have longed to open. As the name suggests, the bar boasts a wide range of alcoholic beverages, with more than 60 varieties of wine, from naturals to classics, as well as rare brands of sake and shochu on standby.

Grilled lamb thigh and hummus, 1,530 yen. It is made with homemade mojo picon sauce used in Spanish cuisine and is richly flavored with cumin and other spices.
