The bread, created by owner Ryota Hirako, who is also an Italian chef, is characterized by the volume of the overflowing ingredients and the creative combination of ingredients that make it look like a dish.
New products include "Rare Bread," created after more than a year of improving Amamudakotan's signature brioche dough, the dough used to make fresh doughnuts, and "Wet Rustic," a traditional French fermented bread baked with the highest moisture content possible at 150%.
