Sushi Azabu, the second domestic branch of Azabu, a Michelin-starred sushi restaurant in Miami, New York, opened in Higashiyama, Kyoto, on Saturday, September 21. Located in the green surroundings of THE SODOH Higashiyama Kyoto, Azabu offers a course menu based on Edomae Sushi, incorporating ingredients and a sense of the season.
The weekday lunch course is available for 4,800 yen, which includes 13 dishes, and the evening course is 9,800 yen, which includes 17 dishes, including a la carte dishes, in addition to the lunch menu.
The restaurant has eight seats at the counter and two tables that can be converted into semi-private rooms.
The course menu changes depending on the season and availability. On this day, seven nigiri and a la carte dishes including Spanish mackerel, tuna, and sea bream were on standby.
