Ms. Hoshi has worked at Japanese, Italian, and French restaurants in Tokyo and Kamakura, gaining a variety of food and beverage experience. She is originally from Miyagi Prefecture, but after the Corona disaster, she and her husband decided to move to Kyoto, a city with which she had no connection. At the end of last year, she opened the restaurant of her dreams.

To accompany the genre-less cuisine that makes the most of their experience, they offer an extensive lineup of sake, including local sake from Kyoto, Shiga, Akita, and other regions, wine, whiskey, and more. It is truly an oasis for sake lovers. The dishes and glasses that add color to the meals are made by Kazumi Tsuji and Yoshihiro Nishiyama, glass artists from Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
