Un Son Doux pâtisserie (Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture) is a store of traditional French pastries and homemade bean-to-bar chocolates located in a residential area in the south of Gosho. After gaining experience at patisseries in Osaka and Tokyo, Shimizu trained under a patissier who won the M.O.F. (French National Order of Excellence) in the Savoie region of France. The store is simply decorated in black and white, and offers a wide variety of baked sweets that are made with an emphasis on tradition and novelty, as well as freshness.
