There is a counter and two tables behind it. Both tables are facing the owner, Genchi Sakaguchi, who is grilling kushiyaki skewers, symbolizing the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. The restaurant has been open for 30 years. The menu has been enhanced with new items such as croquettes, but the chicken dishes that have been familiar to regular customers are still there.
We are proud of our Tsukune, which are made with more than 10 different ingredients to make them fluffy and chewy. The availability of quality ingredients is also the reason why they can offer chicken tataki and other dishes.
