A ramen restaurant with a nostalgic atmosphere, renovated from an old bookstore. Located in front of Keihan Shichijo Station, it is the perfect place to enjoy ramen after a night of drinking. The two young owners, who were classmates in junior high school, each trained at a famous ramen restaurant, and through trial and error, perfected their chicken and pork bone broth. The thin, straight noodles from the Kyoto-brand restaurant "Isukawadagoto" are used, and go well with the thick soup. In addition to the chicken-pork bone broth, there are four other types of noodles: shio shiratsuyu (salted white soup), spicy nin (spicy pork noodle soup), and chashu (pork) noodle. Juicy fried chicken with a thin batter and firm flavor is also popular and recommended for sakunin. The open, glass-walled interior makes it easy for even a woman alone to stop by.
Chashu-men (pork noodle) 1,000 yen, topped with an aji-tama (seasoned egg) for 100 yen. A bowl of noodles topped with a full portion of moist and tender rare chashu pork is a very satisfying dish!
