The owner, Mr. Hirai, opened the bakery at his own pace based on his self-taught bread-making methods and the experience he gained at cafes and yakitori restaurants. At the counter, you can enjoy food that goes well with bread and drinks such as draft beer, highballs, and wine. People can enjoy a quick drink while buying bread for tomorrow morning's breakfast, or take a piece of bread as a souvenir for someone because of the delicious bread that always accompanies the meal.
