The Banyan Tree Group, which operates luxury hotels around the world, has launched its first hotel brand in Japan, Darwa Yuraku Kyoto. The main dining room [GRILL 54TH] is a stylish grill restaurant with an open kitchen. Chef Takayuki has introduced a well-being buffet for lunch in September this year as a new menu item. Healthy appetizers, salads, smoothies, and desserts are served buffet style with a Kyoto-like flavor. For the main course, you can choose from eight different types of grilled dishes, including the chef's signature grilled dish that uses exquisite cooking to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, and enjoy them freshly prepared at a leisurely pace.
