Here you can enjoy Wagyu beef steaks with a view of a beautiful garden. The restaurant is run by Mr. and Mrs. Kimura. They took over the restaurant from their father, who used to run a meat kappo restaurant where customers could enjoy meat course meals. Their specialty, steak stacked with rice, uses Japanese black beef from Saga, Shimane, Oita, and other regions. The process of grilling and resting the meat is repeated two or three times to ensure that the meat is cooked to a medium-rare, flavor-packed texture.
