The owner, who used to work for a wholesale company specializing in ramen restaurants, and Ms. Dean, who has worked at ramen restaurants for many years, warmly welcome you to their restaurant. You can enjoy chicken broth-based ramen here. Four types of ramen are on standby: Tori Shoyu Ramen, characterized by its crisp taste; Tori Hakyu, a thick, rich soup; Tori Shio Ramen, which is light and tasty; and Mazesoba.
Tori shoyu (chicken soy sauce) 800 yen. The chicken broth is combined with the flavor of bonito added to soy sauce and the sweetness of vegetables added to chicken oil to create a light but deep soup. The noodle is thin and straight, and the toppings are simply char siu pork, green onion, and dried bonito flakes. We also recommend changing the flavor with our original recipe of Yuzu Shichimi (seven spices).
The signature dish, tori shoyu ramen, is a deep broth made by adding soy sauce with bonito and sweetened vegetables to the chicken oil. A la carte dishes are also available at night as a bar.
Mini Negi-Shio Chashu-don: 250 yen. Pour the ramen broth over it for an even better taste!
Masahiro Muraki is the owner of the restaurant. After working as a truck driver, a ramen restaurant worker, and a ramen wholesaler, he launched his own ramen restaurant this year. In his private life, he is a father of four children.
