On the third floor of a building near Matsuiyamate Station stands a restaurant where you can enjoy a wide range of Japanese cuisine. The owner-chef, Kazunobu Shimakoshi, has been honing his skills in Japanese cuisine for more than 20 years since he was 19 years old, and in 2020 he set up his own restaurant in Matsuiyamate, near his wife's hometown. At dinner, you can freely enjoy a la carte dishes such as sashimi, tempura, grilled or boiled fish, potato salad, and other dishes made with locally grown vegetables, or rice dishes such as tai meshi (rice with sea bream).
With a wide selection of sake, the restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere where adults can take their time to relax and enjoy a drink and a meal. Lunch set menus with freshly fried tempura are also recommended. Reservations are recommended for weekend evenings.
