“Siktang” is a Korean word for a restaurant, and “Miho” is named after [Ajiho], which is run by her family. The owner, Keita Matsumoto, proposes alternative Korean cuisine that combines the roots of Korean food culture with Italian and French elements.
A la carte shime saba kimchi and water kimchi: 1,573 yen. A dish perfect for summer with a refreshing combination of shime saba (mackerel) marinated in water kimchi and special yangnyom.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of creative dishes that incorporate techniques cultivated in Italian and French cuisine, as well as diverse ingredients and seasonings from around the world, into Korean style cuisine with a free spirit! and "I've never had this kind of Korean food before! For the meal of the day, select either the short course of the day for 3,300 yen with a la carte or the full course for 7,700 yen.
