BOO BOO BAKKUTTEH, a Singapore medicinal soup specialty store near Kyoto City Hall

市役所裏、寺町通りにある［Bighand Bros.Beer］と［DRIP&DROP COFFEE SUPPLY］の奥にシンガポールやマレーシアで親しまれているソウルフードのバクテー専門店がオープン。バクテーとは豚の骨付き肉を薬膳と醤油のスープで煮込んだ料理のことで、現地ではお酒を飲んだ後の〆や夜勤明け労働者が朝食に食べることが多い料理だそう。

Here, you can enjoy bak kut teh all day long, both as a set meal and as a single item.In addition to bone-in meat, soups made with liver and guts are also available.
