PR
This is a specialty store specializing in prepared dishes using dashi (Japanese soup stock), owned by Uneno, a long-established dashi store established in 1903. In addition to the popular Uneno bento (1,620 yen), which contains a whole dashimaki, a salmon bento, and a weekly bento, there are also three types of bento: a salmon bento and a bento that changes weekly.
Based on the concept of "an energy stand for the heart and stomach," the store offers a wide range of products, from prepared dishes and bento boxes using additive-free dashi to a series of vacuum-packed obanzai (side dishes). The side dishes, including vegetable dishes, juicy fried chicken marinated in dashi broth, and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg), all make full use of the dashi broth that goes with each dish. Reservations are recommended if you want to be sure to get one.
The staff's recommendation is the salmon bento, a well-balanced bento that includes everyone's favorite side dishes such as chikuwa no isobe-age (fried chikuwa) and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg), as well as vegetables and dry foods. Chirashi Sushi can also be ordered by reservation, so be sure to check it out as well.
On the eat-in menu are boiled noodles, inari, and a plate of noodles. This is an exquisite dish that combines the broth made to harmonize with nori seaweed with boiled noodles instead of udon noodles. Enjoy a moment of relaxation at the renewed and powered-up ALLOUNENO with the gentle flavor of the broth.
