Hotel Granvia Kyoto is conveniently located directly connected to Kyoto Station. The restaurant is popular for its casual buffet menu featuring authentic French cuisine supervised by Chef Kawamoto, who has won numerous awards, including third place in international culinary competitions. In addition to Japanese dishes such as simmered Nishin (herring) and Kyoto-produced Oboro Tofu (tofu) from Kuzeya, French dishes such as roasted Kyo-Tanba Kogen pork, Kyoto-produced tomatoes, and marinated Kotobiki (Japanese herring) with salted malt, and the famous roast beef, there are about 70 different dishes prepared with ingredients carefully selected by the chef himself. The "Kyushu Fair" starting in June is also an attraction.
Lunch buffet: 5,500 yen for adults, 3,300 yen for elementary school students. The menu features dishes served in original Kyo-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki pottery. In the evening, a sumptuous grilled shabu-shabu of Japanese black beef from Kyoto is served. All-you-can-drink sake for ¥8,500 for adults.
Our specialty roast beef is addictive with its tenderness, which is the result of our special cooking process. Tango Taro salt enhances the flavor of the meat.
