The family who used to run a diner in Kyoto's central market, now offers a fresh start with ramen, hoping to provide a place where workers can fill up.
The ramen, which is said to be made with respect for the old-fashioned taste of ramen that he has eaten since childhood, combines a pork bone base soup with a special sauce blended with two kinds of soy sauce and straight thin noodles, and is topped with bean sprouts and kujo onions.
A special set menu including yakisimeshi, gyoza, and karaage can be ordered all day long, and morning ramen can be enjoyed from 6:00 a.m. This is a rare place where morning ramen can be enjoyed.
