A popular restaurant in Hongdae, Korea opens its second branch in Kyoto [mom...
This coffee shop opened in a quiet location overlooking the Takase River. The coffee is roasted daily, 300 grams at a time, in a small roasting machine, and is available in four varieties with varying degrees of roasting, from shallow to deep, including the Takasegawa Blend and the Kikuhama Blend. The food is also carefully prepared, including soup made with pumpkin from Hokkaido and thick slices of Manhattan toast. The changing seasons, such as cherry blossoms in spring and fresh greenery in early summer, can also be enjoyed through the windows.
Takasegawa Blend 490 yen
Takasegawa Blend is Kilimanjaro-based and has a refreshingly sour taste. To accompany the coffee, we recommend the Honey Butter Toast Set for 990 yen, which features a chewy texture with threads of butter and a touch of honey.
