Hogon-in Temple

Bogon-in Temple has a beautiful strolling garden with Arashiyama as a borrowed scenery.

One of the sub-temples of Tenryu-ji Temple, which was built in 1461 (Kansei 2). Although it is usually closed to the public, it is open for special viewing from early October every year, and is lit up in November, when the autumn leaves season is approaching.
