［Enjoy the tradition and elegance that has continued for more than 300 years at Kyoto Cuisine Chimoto.
It was founded in 1718 on Senbon-dori in Nishijin and moved to its current location in the early Meiji period. The three-story wooden building has an impressive authentic Sukiya-zukuri style, making it stand out in the surrounding area, and has the atmosphere of a long-established store.
Kawayuka is limited to seven groups per day, and all seats face the Kamo River. Four course menus of 14,600 yen (lunch only), 21,890 yen, 29,150 yen, 37,950 yen, and 50,600 yen are available, changing monthly and annually.
