The sukiyaki Omi beef 9350 yen (tax included) course allows you to enjoy a generous 160 grams per person of A4 rank or higher quality meat from female cattle raised for at least three years. Seasoning is traditional Kyoto style, using only white soy sauce and dark soy sauce, with an egg from Tanba Jidori chicken, if desired.
