The owner, Mr. Aji, created his ideal ramen as a result of his hobby of eating ramen. His concept is "ramen that can be eaten by the whole family." He makes ramen without any compromise and without using chemical seasonings. By slowly cooking pork bones and taking them out at the best time, he creates a beautiful soup that looks like miso soup.
