Chef Kamanaka spares no effort in preparing his dishes, and his cheerful wife, Hitomi, is the one who brings them to the table. When I was working at a hotel, I often couldn't find the lunch I wanted after 2:00 p.m.," he said. That's why this restaurant is open all day long. We don't open for lunch orders for the daily special and homemade hamburgers until 3:00 p.m., but if we have the ingredients, we will make it for you.

The daily lunch, which has not served the same main dish since March when the restaurant opened, is composed of meat dishes the day after fish dishes so that customers do not get bored even if they come every day.
We have an open kitchen, so you can tell right away if the food is good by looking at the faces of the customers. We have people who come almost every day, so we can't cut corners (laughs). There are not many restaurants in this area, so I want it to be convenient for various occasions. I want to create a restaurant that will please the local people," says Chef Kamanaka. The "piccolo" (small) space, where you see cat objects here and there, is like a relaxing living room. The restaurant will soon be open at night, so we hope to visit again soon.

Hirokazu has 35 years of experience as a hotel chef, mainly in Western cuisine. He renovated his parents' house and opened his own restaurant in 2021. His wife Hitomi's attentive and thoughtful service to guests is only possible with her background in hotel service.
