This restaurant specializing in Japanese black beef steaks draws a line out the door even before it opens. The owner, Mr. Kurokawa, has arrived at this style of beef by using his keen eye, honed through working at a yakiniku restaurant, and his passion to serve only the best quality beef by narrowing down the parts of the beef he handles. He roasts the meat in a frying pan, lets it rest for a while to lock in the flavor, and then cuts it according to the quality of the meat. Wagyu steak-jyu is priced at 1,650 yen, and the beef is laid out until the freshly milled Hinohikari rice, which is purchased weekly, is covered. For those who don't like rare beef, try the Wagyu Yakiniku Jyu, and for those who prefer beef with a firm sashi, try the Gokujo Steak Jyu. You will be opened to the deliciousness of lean beef and your heart will be filled with the exquisite taste. Reservations are not accepted.
