[Sogasitdang" means "Xu Family Restaurant. The owner, Xu Isshige, opened this restaurant specializing in Korean soup to express his gratitude to his mother who raised him single-handedly. The tail soup, simmered for 12 hours while carefully removing excess blood and oil, is filled with vegetables such as royal ferns and bean sprouts. The tender beef tail and the flavorful soup will warm your body and soul. Dried cod soup and a lunch set of special soup with sinewy meat are also available.
