[Sogasitdang" means "Xu Family Restaurant. The owner, Ms. Kazushige Xu, opened the restaurant specializing in Korean soup, serving her mother's specialty as a token of her appreciation to her mother who raised her by herself.
It has a rich yet refreshing aftertaste. The Xu Family Special Omi Beef Tail Soup Set includes rice, namul, kimchi, etc. for 1,280 yen. Soup by itself is 1080 yen.
The third branch of Irile, located in Osaka, is a specialty restaurant that offers a casual taste of Sanggitang, a representative of the "medical food of the same origin. The chicken is stuffed with glutinous rice and simmered in a simple broth of ginseng, jujubes, and other ingredients with salt and pepper.

The first restaurant opened in Kyoto specializing in "brisket," a part of the front belly of beef from the shoulder to the flank. The rare and increasingly popular part of beef is now attracting attention, and you can taste it in Korean cuisine called "chadolbagi".
Jadolbagi Tairagi Shellfish Set (2,300 yen per person). Tairagi clams, a major dish in Korea, have a light flavor. It is eaten with Chinese cabbage and salt in the authentic style.
The restaurant specializes in grilled pork and hot pot with a Korean flavor. In particular, we recommend the natchpokbokkun, which consists of pork and vegetables with a center of long-armed octopus dressed with a special miso paste containing chili peppers and other ingredients. The exquisitely spicy taste will make you addicted to it.

An authentic Korean restaurant run by the owner, Mr. Goo. The most popular dish is takkang mari, a whole chicken stew. The dish is simple, seasoned only with salt, but you can directly taste the deliciousness of the chicken.
