The second brand of the popular ramen restaurant "Seabra no Kami" was born last year. The manager, Ms. Ido, from a woman's point of view, proposes to create a restaurant where women can easily dine alone, including a stylish café-style storefront, carefully selected serving dishes and tableware, and a menu that women will enjoy, such as chewy rice siu-mai.
There are two types of tsukemen and ramen, but we recommend the Iberian pork tsukemen. You can taste the noodles while changing the flavor with black shichimi (seven spices), sesame seeds, and sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit), and at the end, you can enjoy the rich Iberian pork soup with a pot of broth and rice in a zosui style. Be sure to check out the seasonal ramen such as the Tonkotsu Shiratsuyu Ramen for 850 yen and the Asagiki Jidori Chicken Seseri Tsukemen (tsukemen). A special weekday lunch menu with a choice of three types of ramen and three types of rice dishes is also available.
