A new ramen restaurant in Ayakoji Shinmachi. The interior of the store, with sunlight streaming in through large windows, is a cozy café-like space with the warmth of wood. After training at a famous ramen restaurant in Shiga, owner Mr. Horii held ramen events using local ingredients to deepen exchanges in the Tango area, where his grandfather was born. When the Corona disaster made it difficult to hold events, he renovated his parents' house and opened a store.
