Egg sandwiches, Kujo leeks, shrines, sardines, and red dragonflies. These are all motifs of Aogoromo's textiles. The items, designed with nostalgic Japanese scenes and things encountered in daily life in Kyoto, are all playful, pop, and light. The items are dyed by craftsmen at a dyeing factory in Kyoto using traditional techniques, such as indigo stencil dyeing and textile printing, and the bright colors have a softness to them. The shop offers everything from clothing to interior accessories, and fabrics are sold on the second floor.
