A company employee in Kyoto highly recommends this burrito specialty restaurant....

I visited a warehouse cafe [Boku to Gramps] that I found in Yamashina.
When I visited the café, I found it to be a café overflowing with humanity and compassion, not just a fleeting fad like the so-called "trendy renovation cafes".
You'll want to go out of your way to visit! Let's take a peek into the world of warehouse cafes!
[Boku to Gramps] is a 10-minute walk from Ono Subway Station, located along the Meishin Expressway.
A seemingly ordinary large warehouse nestled in a residential area.
You might be tempted to walk past it, but the café's sign posted on the front of the store is a landmark.
The owner, Mr. Kozuki, started Boku to Gramps when he wanted to use a warehouse he inherited from his grandfather, who was a furniture wholesaler, for something interesting.
What would have once been a place filled with furniture has now been transformed into a place of rest and relaxation that serves delicious food and offers comfort to the people.
What appears when you open the door is a comfortable space surrounded by the warmth of wood and windows that allow sunlight and breezes to pass through.
The staff welcomes you with a smile as they prepare your meal, and the at-home atmosphere will loosen the tension of your first visit.
The store is lined with carefully selected interior design and sundries, and has comfortable sofa seats and counter seats that make it easy to visit by yourself.
Dogs and cats are allowed in the restaurant, and many customers spend time with their pets at Boku to Grandpa.
The fans who visit are not limited to men and women of all ages, but seem to win the hearts of a wide range of dogs and cats as well.
The menu features a variety of delicious food items to stimulate hunger!
Although I was tempted by the variety of items on the menu, such as the rice ball set meal and green curry, I selected the peperoncino with shirasu (baby sardines), which was on the daily pasta menu.
The peperoncino is generously topped with shirasu and shiso leaves, and the acidity of the small chopped lemons is the secret flavor!
The delicious taste of pasta covered with the flavor of shirasu and oil will fill your stomach and your heart.
In addition to peperoncino, the daily pasta lineup for the day includes Neapolitan and arrabbiata.
One of the joys of visiting is that you can find a different flavor every time.
The café au lait (ICE) we ordered after our meal was kindly served with ginger syrup, saying, "We also recommend adding homemade ginger syrup.
The flavor of ginger naturally blends with the mild café au lait, and you will notice an unexpected affinity.
It will be a new way of making café au lait with a different taste from the usual!
The drink menu includes a wide variety of genre-less drinks, such as Bokuji Blend, a blend of five different types of beans, homemade lemonade, and strawberry smoothies.
The cafe also offers a menu of sweets with a simple and gentle flavor that will make you want to order this and that and stay longer.
I introduced a warehouse cafe [Boku to Gramps] found in Yamashina.
My dream is to become a franchisee! says store manager Kaori Maeda with a smile.
As the word suggests, the warmth generated by the Warehouse Cafe itself and the people who gather there, including the staff, will slowly spread to many more people in the future.
In addition to serving meals, the restaurant also hosts DJ events, workshops, and other events called "Boku Oji Night" from time to time.
The second floor, which is currently a storage area, will evolve in the future.
We will continue to keep an eye on [Uncle Boku], who values his relationships with people!
