赤のいちごとホテルから見える山々の雪景色をイメージしたRed & Whiteをテーマカラーに、糖度が高い［河西いちご園］の冬いちごがメニューに並ぶ。フレッシュないちごの美味しさをを引き立てるいちごと練乳のブラマンジェやショートケーキなどのスイーツ8品と、華やかないちごが並ぶクロックムッシュや生春巻きなどセイボリー3品が楽しめる。ドリンクはドイツの老舗紅茶ブランド「ロンネフェルト」から10種が用意される。
