A restaurant in Yasu that gained popularity for its hearty Western cuisine has relocated. The new location is on the premises of a coffee shop run by the owner's family. The unique style of having a parent and child restaurant living together on the same site has been attracting a lot of attention. The hamburgers that have long been a fan favorite are still available here, and are a luxurious mix of minced pork and shredded Wagyu beef.
The meat is purchased from a relative's butcher store, and the restaurant has extraordinary confidence in its meat dishes other than hamburgers. The restaurant, with sunlight streaming in through large windows, has a high ceiling and a bright atmosphere accented with impressionist paintings. In the evening, the restaurant offers a la carte dishes as well as courses starting at 5,500 yen.
Hamburger steak lunch 1,870 yen (fried shrimp +300 yen or more). Soft hamburger steak with fu (wheat gluten) in homemade demi-sauce. Soup, salad and rice included.
