This is a place where you can enjoy thick steaks from lunchtime. Aged beef purchased from Sakaeya, a nationally renowned restaurant, is slowly grilled on a grill pan before being served. The owner-chef Matsui is a chef with a 15-year career at the popular Italian restaurant Saltimbocca in Minami-Kusatsu. He uses pasture-raised running pigs and Sasuke pork, which has a low melting point, to create homemade loin hams and terrines for your enjoyment.
The meal ends with an authentic pasta dish, which is the style of this restaurant. Lunch and dinner are basically the same menu, and daytime drinking with a glass of natural wine is also recommended. From 900 yen per glass.
