This is a place where you can enjoy thick steaks from lunchtime. Aged beef purchased from Sakaeya, a nationally renowned restaurant, is slowly grilled on a grill pan before being served. The owner-chef Matsui is a chef with a 15-year career at the popular Italian restaurant Saltimbocca in Minami-Kusatsu.
