The owner-chef, Mr. Oki, is a talented chef who has built up his career at Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto and other restaurants in Kyoto. He offers a lunch menu with a choice of three different main dishes, including hotel-style hamburger steak and oven-baked fresh fish from the Kyoto Central Market.
Hats off to the skillful use of sauces, such as the demi-glace sauce with the acidity of wine vinegar, which enhances the dishes. At night, hearty Western-style dishes such as cutlets and macaroni au gratin are very popular. Wine is priced from 700 yen per glass, a reasonable price.
