Prayers of Beauty: Universal Symphony" is being held at MIHOMUSEUM in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture, from March 18 (Sat) to June 11 (Sun), 2023. The exhibition features paintings depicting gods of ancient civilizations, Japanese gods and Buddha, Shuni-e (water-drawing ceremony) at Todaiji Temple, and objects of prayer in daily life, as well as eight works on display for the first time. Enjoy the beautiful symphony of East and West playing beautiful prayers while thinking about world peace, the universal wish of humankind, through works born from prayers of beauty dedicated since ancient times.
