The menu makes use of carefully selected ingredients, including coffee beans from Cogito, a coffee shop in Takashima Town, as well as kashira (kalishwa) specialty stores and butcher stores in the area. Mini burgers are also popular, with four standard burgers and one seasonal burger available, including one with Takashima's famous "tonchan" sandwiched in between. Lunch includes two types of burgers with soup and chips for 1,280 yen (individual item 500 yen). The restaurant, produced by a construction company that has been involved in building wooden houses in the Kosai area, is full of local charm.
