French restaurant MAVO has opened a new restaurant, MAVO bl∞m (Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture), where you can enjoy a tea pairing of Japanese tea with an Hachette Dessert (a plated dessert). The full-course menu is designed so that both the dessert and the tea take center stage.

We use a combination of citrus fruits and herbs, as well as seasonal vegetables, but we are conscious of making it a dessert," says chef-pastry chef Misa Hataya.
