A key point of the renewal was to increase the number of counter seats, which has been well received by customers who enjoy spending time with a sense of live music. Chef Nemoto's strong desire to provide delicious dishes has led him to make many prototypes even on holidays and after business hours. Enjoy his handmade pasta, which he has improved to achieve the ideal thinness and moisture content, and other delicacies that are filled with his passion. You can also enjoy dishes that fuse Japanese and Italian culinary cultures using seasonal ingredients, such as a dish of yellowtail radish arranged using Italian techniques, and moonlight lily bulb fritters.

The restaurant offers a course menu featuring about 10 dishes for both lunch and dinner. Take-out items are sometimes available depending on the season, such as chocolates during the Valentine's season and osechi, a la carte items packed in a stack at the end of the year.
