He renovated the storefront of Matsuda Shoten, which was established in the Taisho era (1912-1926), and opened a select food store that communicates the charm of Miyama under the concept of "creating a small hare-no-hi in the village.
Original products such as kayabuki kenbi, handmade miso and jam from the village, and Miyama clay mugs are also available. Charcoal-baked sweet potatoes and black rice potamochi made from sweet potatoes produced in Miyama are also available for eat-in, so enjoy them as if you were at a café.
