Tachinomi Gastronomy Yukitoh, based on the concept of "kaiseki cuisine in a casual setting," has opened a sister ramen restaurant. [The owner, Mr. Satsuma, who honed his skills at restaurants such as Kitcho, offers four kinds of elegant duck ramen.
The moment you enter the restaurant, you will feel the elegant aroma of broth, as if you are in a Japanese restaurant. The broth made from duck bones of Omi ducks from Shiga Prefecture, dried bonito, and kelp extracts the flavor of the ingredients by generously using Japanese cooking techniques. Three types of noodles are available: no-men, half-men, and 170g, but we definitely recommend ordering the 170g because it is so light and tasty that you can finish it!
