The first pavlova specialty store in Kyoto, run by Korean producer Hanuri, has opened on the second floor of a building near Randen Jikanosha Station. Pavlova is a baked meringue pastry with a crispy surface that melts in your mouth.
[Pavlova sold at Pavlova studios is dome-shaped, and when you insert a knife, sponge cake and tiramisu cream appear from inside. The generous portion with just the right amount of sweetness will keep you coming back for more. To accompany the pavlova, try the refreshing grapefruit soda. Tableware and sundries are also sold in the space behind the cafe.
