Both the 950-yen lunch set and the mini-rich set offer a choice of seven main dishes, including sweet-and-sour pork, claypot, and mapo tofu. One of the more unusual dishes is the Sichuan dish Yushan Rusu, which is made by cutting pork, bamboo shoots, kikurage mushrooms, bell peppers, and other ingredients into thin strips and stir-frying them.
