This self-taught store was opened by Takayuki Miyakoshi, aka Tama-chan, a gardener who has been searching for popular bakeries in the areas he visits to tend to his garden, and has been eating his way through the bread shops.
With a sign that reads "gubbe" (meaning "uncle" in Swedish), the bakery offers handmade breads in a DIY space. The bakery offers about eight kinds of bread made with high-quality ingredients such as domestic wheat, salt from Okinawa, butter from Miyazaki Prefecture, and sugar made from sugar cane. My favorite is the French bread sandwich. I will continue to bake breads I like at my own pace," says Miyakoshi. The breads, which exude his personality, are also available at the wine bar where his friend stands at the counter from 6:00 p.m.
From the left, a mini cube (cranberry) 300 yen that is delicious whether you slice it or tear it off. You can choose from 3 flavors. Fisselle (standard, plump) 300 yen each.
