［This is the fourth yakisoba specialty restaurant from Menya Yuko. In addition to the standard sauce flavor with a spicy aroma that stimulates the appetite and the salt flavor with a rich shellfish broth flavor, the newly released meat yakisoba is not to be missed.
The sauce is a proprietary blend of several long-established manufacturers, with bonito flakes, kelp, and gravy adding umami flavor.
The homemade noodles, developed exclusively for yakisoba, are available in two types, thin and thick, with the extra-thick noodles made from Japanese wheat flour making a particularly strong and firm impression.
