This is a restaurant where you can enjoy creative Japanese cuisine in a cozy and comfortable atmosphere with remnants of machiya townhouses in the beams and pillars of the ceilings. There are spacious counter seats and movable private and semi-private rooms that can be selected according to the number of diners.
A signature dish of this restaurant is the dashimaki, a carefully rolled dashimaki topped with mellow red bean paste filled with kujo-negi (Japanese onion). Shioriya's dashimaki 800 yen.
