The fourth affiliate of the nameless ramen restaurant in Takakura Nijo has appeared in Karasuma. With the concept of "a restaurant like a hideout," customers can enjoy their meals in a stylishly renovated machiya (townhouse).
Among the wide variety of ramen, we especially recommend the smoked chicken ramen available only here. The soup is made from pork bones, dried sardines, and dried bonito flakes, with homemade soy sauce used as a Kareshi. The special soup is paired with homemade noodles, making it a dish that can only be found here. In the drawer of the tin table, there are four kinds of seasonings: Ohara shiso, sansho, ippiki, and black pepper, so you can enjoy the change of aroma and taste with your favorite seasoning.
