The restaurant operates as a tavern at night and as a ramen store during the day. In the izakaya business, seasonal ingredients are grilled in front of customers while they enjoy drinks. The menu is an adult's retreat with omakase courses starting at 5,000 yen.
Lunchtime ramen was designed to conclude the course. The broth is made from Kyushu clams and shijimi clams, and seafood broths such as kombu and ajibushi are added to add depth of flavor, and when kaeshi, a blend of four types of soy sauce, is added, along with other ingredients such as oichi-clams, the result is a true mass of umami! Enjoy the charm of pure Japanese-style ramen.
