In this age of diversity, it is no fun to choose coffee based only on the grade of the bean, its origin, plantation, or roasting conditions. This craft coffee specialty store was created by a team of creators active in Kyoto in an effort to create a more flexible world of coffee.
The five flavored coffees, including grape sansho from Wakayama, holy basil from Shizuoka, and hojicha from Kyoto, were designed through trial and error by changing the roasting conditions of the base coffee beans and the ratio of ingredients. Enjoy your first coffee experience, which may be spicier or fresher than you imagined.
