The restaurant, which has been loved for over 35 years as a Japanese tableware and tsumazushi restaurant near Kitayama-dori, will relocate to Kitaoji in January 2021. You can enjoy their famous "tsumazushi" sushi from breakfast.
The beauty of the tsumazushi, which are individually packed in a square box, will impress you the moment you open the lid. In-restaurant food and drink are included with red miso soup and dessert. Inspired by Japanese sweets, the sushi is seasonal in its ingredients and decorations, and uses ingredients unique to Kyoto such as fu and yuba (bean curd). The sushi is rich in both color and flavor, including kombusame (sashimi of sea bream), grilled hamo (Japanese conger eel), and Omi konnyaku (konnyaku from Omi Prefecture).
